Training Aesthetic Trainers

Teaching others is an art that comes naturally to few, but is a skill that can easily be learned.  Such skills are an important part of work as a key opinion leader as well as those involved in providing training in Aesthetics.  Whether we like it or not, others often judge our competence, based on our presentation skills.  Effective presentation is the ability to communicate a message to an audience in a way that produces a desired change in their understanding or opinion.

Preparation is the key to success, and a structured approach to preparation is essential.  Often the untrained teacher focuses on passing as much information to the audience as possible, with little thought given to the essentials such as what they hope the learners will achieve, what they want participants to do when they leave the event, how can they establish rapport quickly and effectively, or which visual aids work best.

For Key Opinion Leaders, and Aesthetic Trainers, excellent teaching and presentation skills are essential.

This practical programme run over 2 days will be structured around the needs of the organization and the individual, it address the Train the Trainers requirements for Aesthetic Trainers.
